David Shlahtechman joined SVN Affordable and brought with him skills and knowledge from the financial industry.  Prior to joining the SVN family, David spent twelve years as a financial advisor on a highly successful team in Cincinnati, first at Legg Mason, and later at Wachovia Securities/Wells Fargo Advisors.  His experience dealing with a diverse clientele ranging from individual to institutional investors such as REITs, Life Insurance Companies, and Pension Funds, complements the complex environment of the commercial real estate world.  As a member of the team, David is currently responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including sourcing deals, valuation and underwriting, marketing, escrow, due diligence coordination, and all communication with potential clients.

David is a graduate of Miami University (Oxford, OH), where he earned bachelor degrees in Marketing & Finance.  He currently resides in Cincinnati, OH with his wife, and their two daughters.  If there is any spare time, David enjoys spending it with his family and friends, traveling, playing soccer, and furthering his real estate career.
