Carson Stephens joined SVN Affordable as an Advisor after graduating from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University (Oxford, OH) with a degree in Marketing. Originally from Dallas, Texas, Carson has always had a passion for real estate and fostered his skills by working as an intern for several commercial brokerages in Dallas while on summer break and as an intern at the SVN Affordable office during the school year.  During this time he was exposed to a variety of commercial asset classes, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily housing and learned fundamentals which will help set the stage for a successful career at SVN, including financial analysis, market intelligence and the importance of customer/client relationships.  Carson is currently responsible for new business development, project valuation, market research and analysis, due diligence coordination, and communicating with clients.

While at Miami, Carson studied abroad for a semester in Luxembourg and was an active member within his fraternity, as well as on campus. Now a permanent resident of Cincinnati, in his free time, Carson enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and playing/watching ice hockey.
