Ryan Caldon joined SVN Affordable | Levental Realty as a Transaction Coordinator in 2017. Prior to SVN Affordable, Ryan spent 5 years in Supply Chain Management with one of the largest retailers in the country. Ryan was responsible for overseeing and controlling the ordering, storage, and usage of millions of dollars of non- merchandise goods throughout all levels of the supply-chain.  During his time in Supply Chain Management, Ryan discovered his passion for real estate and began his career transition by accepting an internship at SVN Affordable. During his time as an intern, Ryan learned the fundamentals of the affordable housing industry. Shortly thereafter, he was brought on full-time, and is currently responsible for assisting with underwriting analysis, marketing campaigns, escrow tracking, due diligence coordination, and closing procedures.

Ryan graduated from the University of Kentucky with majors in Finance and Management. As a long-time native of the Greater Cincinnati area, Ryan enjoys spending his time rooting for the Bengals and Reds, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, playing golf, and furthering his real estate career.
